Return time:

You have 14 days from the date of receipt of your order to return a product.

Conditions for accepting returns:

Returned products must be unused, in perfect condition, and in their original packaging, along with any accessories. Personalized or custom-made products are not eligible for return, except in cases of defect or non-conformity.

Return procedure:

To make a return, please contact us by email at jeanlouisygnard@gmail.com . Include your order number, the products concerned, and the reason for the return. You will receive the necessary instructions for returning the item. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, except in the case of a defective product or an error on our part.

Refund :

Once the product has been returned and validated, a refund will be issued within a maximum of 14 days. The refund will be issued using the same payment method used when ordering. If the product is returned damaged, incomplete, or used, a partial refund or a refusal of refund may be applied.

Defective product or order error:

If your product is damaged upon delivery or you received an incorrect order, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt. Please include photos of the product in question. We will then offer a replacement, refund, or credit note.

Delivery in France and internationally:

Our returns policy applies to orders delivered in France as well as internationally, except for specific restrictions linked to certain delivery countries.
